IO - LGBTQP+ Artists Incubator is a social project focused on the professionalization and education of young LGBTQP+ individuals in Brazil, with a focus on the Audiovisual field. IO is divided into three sectors: the mapping of queer professionals in the audiovisual sector; the hiring of queer professionals in the Audiovisual field for paid projects in areas such as Music, Advertising or Audiovisual; and the teaching of audiovisual practices to public schools students in Brazil.

IO is currently unpaid work, seeking financial support from public organizations in Brazil. My work for IO was to create the Visual Identity for them, which is a project I am definitely proud to have collaborated with.
